ARTICLE 20. COMPLETION OF MEET AND NEGOTIATION
- 20.2 Not later that the first regularly scheduled Board meeting in March of each year, the Association shall submit its initial proposal for the subsequent school year. The District shall submit its proposal in sufficient time to meet the public notice provisions of the Public Employment Relations Act and begin negotiations no later that May 1 of that year.
